We have also appointed an expert team of quality controllers, who closely monitor all the stages of production, starting from the procurement stage to the end stage of manufacturing process. They conduct rigorous testing procedures in order to ascertain 100% quality of the finished products. Further, we have adopted a well devised vendor selection policy to ensure the quality of the products that we trade in.
Infrastructure
We have developed a robust infrastructural facility to meet the challenging demands of varied industrial segments in the best possible manner. Our infrastructure incorporates advanced production facility, quality control unit, warehousing & packaging facilities.
Our plant: Based on outskirts of Mumbai in Vasai region, our manufacturing plant has an installed capacity of 30 tons for forgings and 10 tons for castings. A wide array of modern machinery assists us in carrying out different processes like cutting, forging, casting, finishing, polishing, etc. In addition, we have also incorporated the latest technology and innovative production techniques.
Our expertise: We specialize in manufacturing Brass Forgings (weighing 25 gm to 2500 gm) and Brass Castings (weighing 100 gm to 15 kg).
